From the very beginning, we have been committed to delivering exceptional quality and outstanding customer service every step of the way. As we set up tooling and processes in our company, the adherence to AS9100D and AS9115A (that was also part of the scope of the certification) helped us establish proper, robust and secure framework for our current organization and activities, as well as for our future growth.
The key ingredient that allows us to reap additional benefits and scale our Quality Management System (QMS) further is utilization of a database based system (in our case Visure Requirements ALM) to build interconnected electronic QMS (eQMS).
The eQMS ensures that the employees are always following up to date processes; allows collaboration on process updates and ensure their release/dissemination; removes the need to have explicitly defined Roles and Responsibilities as every activity in the company has clearly defined who does it/reviews it/approves it/is informed about it; and allows direct traceability to AS9100D/9115A clauses that helps during audits and when updating the eQMS because of a new revision of the AS9xxx standard.
